[MC-209709] Trapped snow golem keeps regenerating snow (infinite snowball farm)

If a snow golem is standing on a block (Trapped to stand on that block) and you break the snow layer under it, you will get the snowballs but the snow golem will replace the snow layer infinitely allowing for infinite snowballs

I have made the report public because this technique is a rather common snow farm and therefore likely not worth keeping private.

Just because it is well known and has been in the game for years doesn't mean that it isn't an exploit that should be fixed.

Snow golems will always leave trails of snow layers if they are not in soul sand
