Recently I have noticed that when I scroll through my hotbar it has caused me to look up or down (scrolling to the right causes me to look up, scrolling to the left causes me to look down) this isn't a problem with my mouse because when I close minecraft and try scrolling my cursor stays perfectly still, this is either a bug or a really annoying feature
