Pretty simple, set your spawn in the end and there's no way you can get out. Try the exit portal and you will end up in the end, die and you will find yourself in the end and you can't light a nether portal so you are stuck. I also tried searching for commands but nothing seemed to work.

if you want to leave you should be able to do execute in minecraft:overworld run tp @a 0 80 0
you can set the coordinates to whatever you want, but that should be relatively close to the ground
or try /execute in minecraft:overworld run spawnpoint @a 0 80 0
or something like that, if it doesn't work, then you are stuck
