[MC-210059] Not Authenticated With Minecraft.net

I'm trying to connect to a server and it say "Not Authenticated with Minecraft and i logged off and on like three time and it still the same never changes is it bc I'm playing with a Microsoft Account or do i have to start playing singleplayr then I can join online servers
