Setting "fixed_time": false in the "dimension_type" folder doesn't work

As the title says, when setting some parameters in the dimension type folder, there is one called "fixed_time".

If set to 18000, the dimension will have an endless night, and that works.

But if you set it to false, the daylight cycle won't work and you will be able to sleep even in the afternoon.

From the wiki:

fixed_time (optional): Can be false or any integer from 0 to 24000. If this is set to a number, the time of the day is the specified value. However, in at least some worlds,[needs testing] false is interpreted as 0, giving constant sunrise. To ensure a normal time cycle, leave the attribute undefined (i.e, do not include it).
