We bought Minecraft Java Edition for PC yesterday in order to play multiplayer servers like hypixel and cubecraft. But trying to start a server an error occured "failed to log in: the authentication servers are currently down for maintainance". At the same time a friend of mine managed to log in the same server without any problems. After instaling the laucher i have logged in with a Microsoft account and my friend is with a mojang account. What is the problem? Why i cannot play any multiplayer servers? What to do? Please, help me !
