Realms 429 error preventing me from joining a realm and opening the realms screen

I open Minecraft, and try and click on realms. It gives me the Realms (429): error, and it stays there. I've tried updating my java, computer, Minecraft, closing it out, everything. This has been happening to other people from the realms I am part of and people from realms I am not a part of. There are instances of other people having this issue online, and they all say resolved and there is no further information. This is unacceptable, Mojang has realized this issue and has done nothing to fix it, only covering it up. Realms are a paid service, and this has even been happening to some realm owners. Unacceptable. I have looked up the error, and it talks about too many requests in a certain timeframe. This happened to me on the first time opening the realm in 2 days. It is obviously more than that, and nothing has been done to fix it.
