game wont load

When I go into the Minecraft launcher, it lets me hit play, but when I do the game pops up and then loads until the very last part and then stops and then goes into not responding, if anyone can help me it will be very helpful and I have done everything I can think of. I have also gone on the support on Minecraft's website and have done everything they have said to do.
