[MC-210791] Dropping an item on a shulker launches the item off

When you drop an item on a shulker, the item gets launched off, as if the shulker pushes it out, while the item is trying to fall through.

Steps to reproduce:

/summon minecraft:shulker ~ ~ ~ {NoAI:1b}

This issue appears to be fixed in 21w03a. The item is no longer launched and remains on top of the shulker.

Can confirm fixed in 21w03a.
