I can't seem to change my skin on minecraft versions above 1.12.2, My minecraft launcher also seems to not respond until I open Task Manager and Click on End Task for Minecraft to load.
My skin whenever I log in to latest version or versions above 1.12.2 turns into Steve. My friends' skins turn into either Alex or Steve on my screen.
