Hi. I did this but didn't work the server is mine, and I didn't Reduced the Debug Info. i talk to other people and they can see it.

Did you try running /gamerule reducedDebugInfo false to be sure?
Have you checked that your "Reduced Debug Info" option is set to "OFF" in your chat settings? You can do this by going to Options > Chat Settings > Reduced Debug Info: OFF. If this doesn't fix the issue, what is the "reducedDebugInfo" gamerule set to? If it is set to true, it will display minimal debug information and you'll need to set it to false in order to see the additional information.
Sounds like Reduced Debug Info. Is it possible that you or the server owner have activated it?
