Iron golems can sometimes spawn on pressure plates, glass and rails

I have built an iron farm on my survival world and found that sometimes the golems a able to spawn where the zombie is even though there are no spawnabe blocks in that area. This has also effected a lot of other people who have built this iron farm too.
