[MC-211627] Donkey has a broken texture

Donkey has broken texture. Actually when saddle is attached it also becomes gray.

What I expected to happen was...:
Expected to see normal donkey's face and well, not broken textures of saddle

What actually happened was...:
Donkey had no face and attached saddle was gray.

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Spawn a donkey.
