[MC-211792] I can't see my hunger bar in any game mode

I created a new hardcore world after a long time and when I spawned I saw that my hunger bar war missing. I have restarted my game multiple times and I still can't see my hunger bar.

Furthermore, I have tried other modes such as survival on normal difficulty, and it still doesn't show.
