How much RAM and/or how powerful is your CPU? Has this issue ever occurred before when you launch Minecraft or just when you start Realms?
Yea I agree with Dhranios. This issue is very distantly related to MC-10721 but not the same issue. This is a separate issue. To me at least it looks like TOO many hearts coming from a alpaca.

I know this might sound like a 'Feature Request' but an easy to solve this problem is just in the next snapshot or something have when a block fills the space its in it blows up. Like if sand falls on it, it blows up. Idk Maybe?
