[MC-107916] Natural structures generate through Woodland Mansions

The bug

Trees and lakes and such seem to generate through Woodland Mansions walls and even floors. The following screenshots are exactly how I found it, I did not place or destroy any blocks.

Can confirm for the first pre release for 1.13, though the trees generating through the mansion seems to be a bit less extreme than in 1.12.

This can actually still be reproduced for water lakes (see MC-81467), however probably due to world generation changes, the seed and coordinates given in the description don't work anymore.

However, in case nobody can still confirm this for trees (or other non-lake structures) I would leave this resolved in preference to MC-81467.

I have seen this world and can find it in 1.16.2/1.16.3 . It would be disasterous if a lava lake generated instead.
