It doesn't power my minecart at all, + I'm kicked from the minecart because it mooves.
I use 1.16.4 vanilla (but idk why it asked me to use 1.16.5 when choosing the version which is affected)

Duplicate of MC-79835. You need to use powered rails, in the video you are using activator rails.
You actually used Activator Rails, Powered Rails are the ones with golden sides.
