Crashing Command blocks

My friends where messing around in some command blocks on my realms a long time ago. I'm talking 1.12 or lower (forgot which). ANYWAY, we apparently had a 1.12 (or lower) only command, so when 1.13 came out, the area those command blocks were in became a "crash zone" if that chunk loads the entire server crashes, and if your spawn point gets set there, you're not joining ever again. Anyone have a fix for this or can a mod please fix it?

(Sadly I can not get the pictures since, again, the server crashes if the chunk loads)

Please attach a copy of the crash report

Just to add on, the crash report can be found in minecraft/crash-reports/crash-<DATE>-client.txt and if for some reason you cannot provide this, please attach the full launcher log which can be found in minecraft/launcher_log.txt.

You can delete the chunks if you wish using Releases · Querz/mcaselector · GitHub THIS IS NOT A FIX FOR THE BUG but it will let you delete the affected chunks and then they will be regenerated without the command blocks which will allow you to go in the affected chunks until a fix is released (requires java.) more info on deleting chunks here Tutorials/Updating old terrain – Official Minecraft Wiki (gamepedia.com) this java app is not made my Mojang.

Thank you all of you, I will try this ASAP and see if that fixes the problem.

okay, so MCedit doesn't work on 1.16.5... infact, it doesn't work any any version that's not from 1.7-1.11. So that doesn't work

OH GOD FINALLY! okay, so it turns out that it wasn't command block. it was that my friend summoned 50-billion fire charges in one area which crashed the server. I finally fixed it in singleplayer. Sorry for wasting your guys time, I'm going to go kill my friend (not really)
