Waterlogged Glow Lichen Bug

I have found a bug when you place a Glow Lichen in a Lava source block it becomes a waterlogged Glow Lichen and the water is not updated. It even works in the nether. I believe that this is because the Glow Lichen checks for fluids when placed to become waterlogged so that's why it turns lava into water.
