My Minecraft looks odd.

every block in the world is like highlighted in a light cyan. If I get closer to the block the highlight goes away but the farther blocks are highlighted. I have tried every setting but nothing works (I've also uninstalled and re-installed). I need help! This issue really gives me a headache!
