[MC-212377] Skin not showing up anywhere in Minecraft.

When I went into a server or a survival world I expected to see my skin. When I went into a server or a survival world no skins were appearing. I don't know how it started, but for a year already no skins were showing up.

Hmm, do you have a bad connection? Because sometimes that can cause this, if not, are you running any 3rd party applications?
