Minecraft lags when I turn my mouse.

I am experiencing lag when I turn my mouse even the slightest, and it just suddenly happened. It does the same thing in the past versions, and possibly future versions. This is ruining my gameplay for Minecraft, and for some reason, it only affects me and not anyone else. I checked my graphics card, and it is up to date, all my cards are actually up to date. I even made it so my video setting increases my fps. But it still will do nothing.
