Arrow velocity effected by max jump boost even if player jump isn't

Arrows receive extra vertical velocity when player effected with max jump boost jumps, even thou player jump isn't effected by the effect. Note the arrow velocity is also effected for a short time after the player jumps. The power of the extra velocity slowly drops with time until it drops back to normal.
