[MC-213125] Piglin Brutes don't spawn naturally

I was trying to get the monsters hunted advancement but I couldn't find a single Piglin Brute after searching 3 Bastions in hard mode.

I cannot reproduce in 21w03a. I've attached a screenshot of a newly generated world, with piglin brutes outlined with Glowing.

coords for 2 of the Bastions: -720 928 and 271 518. I don't know where the 3rd one is.

Oh wait its not I bug I entered peaceful mode several times in the nether. I thought that they continued to spawn. I guess I'll have to use chunkbase to find one far away.
