Hello Mojang,
3 or 4 days ago, I saw a YouTuber playing minecraft. After a while he was playing, a creeper blowed up near villagers and an iron golem and he had about 16 blocks distance from them.
Today sth like that happened to me, I was in a mineshaft exploring it and after 2 minutes I heard an explosion and at bottom right was written "explosion" and I am sure that was creeper blowned up while no player where around (the explosion was really hard to be heard).
Please fix this.
All of them were happened in single player hardcore mood and due to some problems, I couldn't write 1.16.3 for version or maybe I am wrong, thus sorry for misinforming.
We do not have enough information to find the cause of this issue.
Please record a video of this happening and attach it to this report.
