The freezing effect isn't immediately removed upon being damaged by magma blocks

The Bug:

The freezing effect isn't immediately removed upon being damaged by magma blocks.

Steps to Reproduce:

1. Build the setup as shown in the attachment below.

1. Stand inside of the powder snow until you begin to freeze.

2. Once you begin freezing, walk on top of the magma block.

3. Take note as to whether or not the freezing effect is immediately removed upon being damaged by magma blocks.

Observed Behavior:

The freezing effect isn't immediately removed.

Expected Behavior:

The freezing effect would be immediately removed.
