Hold any dripleaf. Go into third person view and look down, notice how held item is basically floating in air.

Here are some steps to reproduce this issue:

  • Give yourself a big dripleaf and a small dripleaf.

/give @s minecraft:small_dripleaf
/give @s minecraft:big_dripleaf

  • Hold one of the items, then hold the other.
    → ❌  Notice how they aren't held properly, and are almost floating in the player's hand.
