Iron nuggets and gold nuggets display incorrectly when held

The bug

When hold in a hand, the iron nugget or gold nugget appears to "float" in mid-air.

How to reproduce

  1. Obtain an iron or gold nugget in your hand

  2. Toggle your perspective twice (default key F5)

Expected behavior

The iron or gold nugget would be touching the player's hand.

Observed behavior

The iron or gold nugget is not touching the player's hand.
