Rooted dirt footstep sounds are considerably quieter than normal dirt footstep sounds

Not really a bug, more of an inconsistency that I just find slightly annoying.

How to reproduce

1. Place dirt and rooted dirt side by side.

2. Walk around on them.

3. Notice that the regular dirt sounds a lot louder than the rooted dirt.
