Big dripleaf inconsistently play sounds when in the unstable state

The bug

Big dripleaf make a sound when they tilt up from the (not visible) unstable state, however they do not make sound when they tilt down into the unstable state.

Since the unstable state is not visible, it would make more sense to me to remove the tilting up sound whenever they tilt up from the state.
