At some point after I load a world, it glitches and won't save.

Whenever I'm playing, I'll notice that when I mine a block, the particles will appear but it won't drop an item. Also, I don't seem to take any damage after the blocks stop dropping items. This also extends to naturally spawning (I'm unsure about player-placed ) chests, where I can't interact with them, but only mine them. (The chests don't drop any items after being mined though.)

Edit: Forgot to mention this, but when I go to close the world and reload it, the game stops at the 'Saving World' screen and doesn't load past it, and I can't exit out of the tab. I always end up having to restart my computer entirely to get it to close.

Edit #2: After looking around, this sounds like what was happening in MC-213835
