[MC-214231] Spore blossoms are supposed to only be placed on the bottom of blocks, but you can break the blocks they were placed on and they will float there.

Spore blossoms are supposed to only be placed on the bottom of blocks, but you can break the blocks they were placed on and they will float there.

What I expected to happen was...:
I thought the spore blossoms would break when I broke the block they were placed on.

What actually happened was...:
They remained there, floating.

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Place a spore blossom on the bottom of a block.
2. Break the block it was placed on.
3. It will float.
