[MC-214616] Parity issue: Random rotation of copper

(May be intended as MCPE-116068 is confirmed by Mojang to be a bug.)

In Bedrock Edition, copper ore blocks are rotated randomly like blocks such as dirt. This is not present in vanilla 21w05b's resource pack.

I didn’t test bedrock, but I can confirm that on java they aren’t randomly rotated.

I do not have access to the Bedrock Edition of the game however, I can confirm that in java edition, copper ore is not randomly rotated.

Can confirm in 21w10a.

Can be closed because random rotation in Bedrock is fixed.
