[MC-214702] Slime blocks and honey blocks are not grouped in the Creative inventory

Given their veriy similar functionality I'd expect them to be at least somewhat close, even if not directly adjacent due to the presence of other bee items.

After some discussion with the developers, they have now decided to only accept sort order reports if the items in question were added in the Nether Update (1.16) or later. we will now (re-)close all issues this does not apply to.
