Powered big dripleaf play tilting sounds when blocks are changed nearby

When a block is placed or destroyed directly next to a powered big dripleaf, the dripleaf plays the "tilting" sound.

This also happens when redstone dust is broken diagonally to the dripleaf.

Some blocks (such as redstone dust) also seem to be able to trigger the sound from further away.
