[MC-214883] Degraded rendering performance since 21w06a

Hello Mojang, I am reporting this bug because I get 18-20 FPS in new cave system and 50 FPS

at the top. I have AMD Ryzen 3 1200 and NVIDIA GeForce GTX 1650.

Please include some performance bench marks. Comparisons between the F3 fps graph between 21w05b and 21w06a should be enough.

I have attached some.

It seems that 21w05b has better optimization than 1.16.5, but that doesn't seem to be the case for 21w06a at all. Also the giant lag spike at the end of 21w05b was from me opening the fps pie.

Why was this resolved as invalid? It wasn't related to OpenGL, but it was fixed in 21w10a.
