Sugar cane generated in cave

confirmed. it seems sugar cane randomly found in cave coordinates.

This issue can no longer be reproduced in 21w07a using the provided seed & coordinates.

I am actually able to reproduce this issue in 1.17, so I'm requesting for this ticket to be reopened as the problem still exists. Here are the seed + coordinates of where this can be seen:
