Social interactions scroll bar does not properly cut off

The bug

The scroll bar does not properly cut off in the Social Interactions menu. The scroll bar may shrink when scrolling to the top of the list of players. This is especially noticeable when joining a server with a large amount of players online.

A video is attached. In the video, notice that the scroll bar sometimes does not move on the top side, but on the bottom side, it moves.
