Some important pieces of information were not included in account migration FAQ

Hello, Mojang! FAQ about account migration was very useful and interesting, however it doesn't include some of important questions, so i would like to suggest to include these questions from community there too. 

1. Will people who bought Minecraft Java using Microsoft account before migration get capes? As I see it, all players who bought Minecraft Java before the account migration should get their capes, since everything was equal about it before the announcement of account migration, people couldn't predict it so, there are a lot of people who preferred buying Minecraft Java before via Microsoft account the migration, and it would be unfair to these people if they wouldn't get capes too. Thank you for attention, I will be updating this post with more questions from community and I hope we will get answers.
