Subtitles "item.crossbow.hit" and "entity.arrow.hit" are identical, but show separately

The two translation strings subtitles.item.crossbow.hit and subtitles.entity.arrow.hit both are translated as "Arrow hits" in en_US, but show up separately in the subtitles.

To reproduce

1. Enable subtitles

2. Load a crossbow

3. Shoot an arrow with a bow

4. Shoot the crossbow immediately after
   → ❌ Two identical subtitles are displayed
