It is possible to simultaneously break a block and remove an entity while in Creative Mode

Very rarely, if you remove an entity such as a minecart or boat, it is possible that you simultaneously destroy the block behind it.

I was surprised that I couldn't find this issue already reported. This bug relates to (but is not a duplicate of) MC-215426.
