[MC-215729] cinematic camera mode with vsync causes extremely bad screen shaking

I use vsync to stop screen sharing and turned on cinematic camera mode

this may be to do with my computers specifications but i am not using any client related mods

the singleplayer world was a non modified environment the multiplayer was modified server side not client side
