I gave my self the effect using /effect give (my username) minecraft:jump_boost 60 255
When i do it for speed i go SUPER fast when i do that command it doesn't work. It says I have the effect and the command worked, but it doesn't let me jump really high. also happens with levitation.

At a certain point, jump boost will not increase you jump, but make it so that you can't jump. Try doing a level less than 100 or so, I don't know the limit.
