[MC-215959] Explosions pull you through them at high speed

creepers and tnt pull you towards them, I used this command /summon minecraft:tnt ~ ~ ~5 to test and it will do it part of the time.

I am unable to reproduce this issue using the command provided in the description of this report.

I am also unable to reproduce this issue with the provided command, and in the same environment.
