Plains Medium House 1 Generation

The large Plains house, plains_medium_house_1, almost never generates in plains villages.  I prefer plains villages, and I've looked at hundreds of villages; I never see more than maybe one of these houses ever generated among all the hundreds of other buildings.  Less than 1 percent of the time.   I would like to see these at least slightly more often.
