[MC-216010] lava pool under y=0 is covered by normal stone instead of grimstone

under y=0, grimstone replaces stone in generation, and in the future snapshots ores will also have grimstone-covered-texture.

But lava pool still generates stone instead of grimstone, which is not reasonable.
