This January i bought Minecraft Java edition.For the first month it worked fine.On the 15/02/21 i logged on to minecraft launcher only to find that it said i only had demo.i spent around two hours searching on the internet for a solution but nothing worked.What should i do because i cant play it im on the exact same account and i have evidence that i bought it through my banks transactions.I would like to know how to fix it or instead get a refund so i can buy it again.

Ive read through the article however i know it is not an account issue.This is because while i played the game i played hypixel and started a co op on skyblock.Additionally if you check the name on there back with username im logged in on you can see they match.This proves that i bought java edition and im using the exact same account so i need you to tell me HOW CAN IT BE AN ACCOUNT ISSUE
