mobs still rotate in paused solo

Animals like sheeps still rotating when the game are paused

What I expected to happen was...:
I think that are to be stopped

What actually happened was...:
mobs still rotate

Steps to Reproduce:
1. in solo game
2. in side of a mob
3. pause the game
