This may effect older versions but currently only tested on 21w07a
Typing the following command into the chat interface/command interface (Either one) will result in RED text after the key word 'all' when it is in-fact valid syntax. (And it does run as intended)
Here is an example:
/execute if blocks ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ all run say hi
Type the above command into the game and you will notice the syntax highlighting goes red for the words 'run say hi' (and there is also no Tab Complete once Space Bar is pressed After 'all' usually you can Tab Complete to any valid command which in this case should be any of the execute 2nd param, align, run, positioned, etc..)

Can you please provide me the absolute best link for a guide on the best way to make posts on Mojang Jira but not have the Bug Report be marked as Resolved?
I have noticed this over the years on different accounts and have not come up with the best way to report a bug as more than half the time it is marked Resolved BEFORE it is actually resolved. (And honestly this may be the reason why some bugs still exist in the game)
I do see where the image might help but if I was the QA here I feel opening up the game and running the commands listed in the text above would have pointed any QA into the right direction on what is wrong here.

You can ignore the resolved status and look only at the resolution, awaiting response will get automatically reopened when you reply.
On that note, does MC-137380 match what you're experiencing?
