[MC-216724] Anvil disappears after falling onto slab

Anvil disappears, not sure if this is intended, also searching through the "anvil" related bugs only pulled up poorly documented issues which I couldn't quite link to this one so I thought I'd report it anyway

I see why this is happening, items get destroyed when being in the path of a falling anvil, this is probably intended then.

Yes, it's WAI, falling blocks break over not-full blocks. The block couldn't land in the block the slab is in, since you can only have one block per block, and hovering above wouldn't make sense
